STEP 2 - Enrolment information

When should I send in enrolment form? When you are ready to start swimming at the start of a term or within the next calendar week.

Please make sure you include all details, check phone number is correct so we can contact you to process your booking. We will try and contact you by phone or text message. If no reply, we will move on to the next enquiry on our list. Providing all required information, including available days, times and your child’s swimming ability, will help to speed up your enrolment.

Your non-refundable deposit will be required when booking into a class and remaining fees are due in advance to hold your spot in any of our swimming programs.

Please check with any other sports or after school activity to ensure you are able to attend your swimming booking, as we may not be able to change this booking and fees are not refundable if you are not able to attend your swimming lessons.

Please be available for contact on the details you provide, so we can discuss your enrolment further. Unfortunately, due to limited availability pre-enrolment does not guarantee a position.

We will attempt to contact you within 7 days during our office hours to offer positions in classes. First week of term is always busy but we will get back to you.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN ENROLLED WITH US IN THE PAST 2 YEARS, JUST SEND US A MESSAGE AND WE WILL LOCATE YOUR FILE AND CONTACT YOU.
