Any level of swimmer is welcome including beginners to triathlete swimmers.
Adult squad is a casual visit squad so just pay on the night when you want to train.

Thursday 6:30pm 1 hour session (no booking required)
New swimmers to squad will normally require assessment, this is a free assessment.
Triathlon and beginners welcome, we have three lanes available with different levels and flippers can be used till you fitness increases.
Adult squad does not run during school Holiday periods.
