4 years Preschool Intermediate independent swimming.
In this level children already have water confidence and can already paddle in water over their head without assistance from our instructor.
Skills introduced are improved kicking techniques, floating and survival skills, big arms (freestyle) & progress to side breathing when doing freestyle.
Beginner backstroke is also taught.
30 minutes class.
